How do I generate a dynamic password?
|

If you apply DPS technology in your application, you can generate dynamic password easily. Simply install the DPS Software Agent and activate the system. Download the packet file from our system; copy them into your server. Then you can use dynamic password to secure your online processing or transaction.

What happens if the user looses his/her token?
|
|
Developers and corporation must apply “Two-Factor Authentication technology”. In case of token being stolen, outsiders or hackers cannot access your system even though they got your login ID or Name. When you lost your token, you should report to your administrator and ask for issuing new token to you at earliest convenience. For urgent and immediate issue, you can apply temporary DPS code or password by using our DPS Mobile Service, which allow us to send you DPS password through SMS. What can I do if the Token is off power?
|

The electricity of the tokens are normally around 18 months, if your token is off power, you may first ask your administrator to cancel your old token, and then activate a new one. It is highly recommend the customer to order 1 or 2 spare tokens for reserve purpose.

Does DPS offer testing tokens to distributor for free ?
|

Can I make my own logo on the DPS token?
|
|
Yes. You need to pay the silkscreen fee (USD 100 / per logo). But it is free when you confirm to purchase 1000pcs tokens at a given time; you can also choose the token color (black, white, red, orange, blue or green or even other color).

What should I do if I receive the products that are broken?
|
|
DPS provides you 30 days return policy for guarantee. DPS promises that if customer receives DPS Tokens with quality problem or damage, DPS will replace the product for customer after confirmation. DPS will take the responsibility of the delivery charge. For product replacement, customer has to provide us the picture of the token that clearly shows the problem within 24 hours after receiving the product, and email to DPS at support@dps-worldwide.com. DPS will take the follow up action and make sure that customers can enjoy our service promptly.

Why there is no logo printing on the replacement tokens and the new tokens after extending the Client Access Licensing service?
|

DPS ONLY provides one time logo printing service.
The logo printing service that you ordered is only valid for that time. Therefore, there is no logo printing on the replacement token and new tokens after extending the Client Access Licensing service. If you would like to keep the logo printing on the new token after extending the Client Access Licensing service, please notice us when you complete your online ordering.

Without extension after ended the service period, my DPS Token will no longer used?
|
|
No. DPS will provide you with ten days extension service or grace period, within that period; you are still able to use the DPS token in your system.
So, the customers are encouraged to renew their service license annually. Once they paid and activate the renewal process online, they can use the DPS Tokens and authentication process immediately.
